Meet the founder
Phil was born and bred on the Northern Beaches. He went to school at Frenchs Forest Public, and Forest High School, lived in Freshwater, and then called Avalon home for more than a decade. The Beaches aren't just where he works, they shaped who he is.
Over more than 20 years, Phil has worked alongside builders, architects and homeowners across the Beaches, designing dream homes, extensions, granny flats and renovations. He founded Northern Beaches Drafting in 2016 to give locals a single, dependable point of contact from first sketch to council approval.
Phil recently moved to the Central Coast, but the Northern Beaches remain his focus. He's on the Beaches every week looking after local projects, and when you call, you still talk to the person doing the work. The Beaches are where he grew up, his home and his family, and so his heart will always be on the Beaches.
